    Dr. Ryan Power

Dr. Ryan Power D.C., grew up in O’fallon Missouri. While coaching gymnastics while he was 18, he landed on his head while doing a front flip. For years he had back pain which made it very difficult for him to sit, drive, and work until he was treated by a chiropractor. This piqued his interest in chiropractic, but it wasn't until a chiropractor helped him recover from half his face being paralyzed following a severe ear infection that he decided he would become a chiropractor.

Dr. Power finished his associates degree in health sciences, and transferred to Logan college of chiropractic to finish his bachelors of life science where he would then begin the doctorate program. While in school, Dr. Power did two chiropractic mission trips to El Salvador, to treat people there who were in need of chiropractic care. He also worked at Scott Air Force base while at school and helped take care of active duty military personnel who were stationed there. During his time at Logan he also learned several chiropractic techniques such as Diversified, Logan Basic, Activator, Thompson, and Gonstead. He also has experience with several rehab protocols such as McKenzie, FAKTR, dermal traction, and dynamic neuromuscular stabilization.

To this day what drives Dr. Power the most is wanting to help people live their life with as few limitations as possible. Following the years after his head injury he was unable to sit for long periods of time, unable to work out, and struggled working long hours at his job due to his pain. After being treated by a chiropractor his quality of life improved drastically, and he strives to bring that to his patients to the best of his ability.
